CONFUSIO sells exclusively digital products — ebooks and digital publications in formats such as PDF, EPUB, and MOBI. Because our products are delivered electronically and accessed immediately upon purchase, traditional returns do not apply.
There is no physical item to return. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be "returned" in the conventional sense. For this reason, our refund policy is based on specific eligibility criteria outlined below, rather than a blanket return window.

We assess each refund request individually and fairly. The following table outlines which situations are eligible for a full refund and which are not:

To ensure fair and timely resolution, refund requests must be submitted within the following timeframes:

Requests submitted after the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee refunds outside this period, but we will always do our best to find a fair solution.

CONFUSIO does not issue refunds in cash, store credit, cryptocurrency, or any method other than the original payment method. If your original payment method is no longer active (e.g., expired card), please notify us so we can arrange an alternative.

We strongly encourage all customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. In almost all cases, we can resolve the issue faster and more effectively through direct communication.

We understand that not every situation fits neatly into a policy. If your circumstances are unusual or your issue is not clearly covered by this policy, please contact us anyway. We will always consider exceptional situations with empathy and good faith.

CONFUSIO reserves the right to update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication.
Purchases made prior to a policy change will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
