The available format(s) for each title are clearly indicated on the product page before purchase. Most titles are available in PDF at minimum. Where multiple formats are provided, all versions are included in a single download.

For security and technical reasons, download links are time-limited and subject to the following conditions:

CONFUSIO is not responsible for compatibility issues arising from outdated software or unsupported devices. If you experience difficulty opening a file, please ensure your reading application is up to date.

If you experience any issue with your delivery, the following troubleshooting steps usually resolve the problem:

| Payment taken but no email | Contact us immediately — we will verify your payment and resend your download. |

To be entirely clear: CONFUSIO does not offer physical shipping of any kind. We do not produce, store, or send printed books, merchandise, or any tangible goods. All products listed on confusio.us are digital only.
If you are looking for a printed version of any of our titles, we do not currently offer this option. Please check back in the future as our catalog may evolve.
