CONFUSIO sells digital products exclusively — primarily ebooks in PDF format. We do not sell physical goods. All purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to read and use the content for your own purposes.

Free content: Many of our titles are available at no cost and require no payment or account. This policy applies only to paid products where a transaction is involved.

  • The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price you will be charged
  • If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee — this is beyond our control
  • Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) may be added at checkout depending on your location

Purchasing a CONFUSIO product is simple and immediate:

Order Confirmation & Receipt

After a successful purchase, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing:

  • Your order reference number
  • A summary of the product(s) purchased
  • The total amount charged
  • Your download link or access instructions
  • A digital receipt for your records

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact us at support@confusio.us.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, our refund policy is strictly limited. We want to be fully transparent about what is and is not refundable:

How to request a refund: Email support@confusio.us within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order reference number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.

Please note: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your CONFUSIO account and access to any future purchases. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed and reported.

If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately at support@confusio.us so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
